Our visit to this very secluded cemetery during the "witching hour" equipped with equipment borrowed from future team member Krystal. We were green but this became the spark that would officially become Misfit Apparitions eight months later.

Where else in the U.S. can someone spend the night at a place with such importance to a state's independence? This fort covers over 2 1/2 acres and predates the American Revolution by 25 years!

What Don calls "an antique store on steroids", our rooms were on the 2nd floor and we literally had it all to ourselves with just one other guest staying in a downstairs room. Just about every room has its own theme.
Highlights:
The Disappointments Room. An attic area available for an additional charge and where we heard the sound of footsteps coming up the stairs when no one was there
Mike slept alone in room 19, the room where a jilted bride hanged herself from the bed's headboard -- yes, the headboard really is that tall
Ernest hearing the sound of someone wearing boots walking down the hall outside the bedroom in the early morning. Again, nobody else on the 2nd floor

Home to the unsolved murder of two adults and six children under the age of 12 and is very haunted.
